Our beautiful old school written by Year 6
We have such happy memories of learning in our beautiful old school and we are really glad that the centenary mosaic and school bell travelled to the new building with us. In particular, we remember walking to church via Platt Woods, developing the outdoor areas, and watching the Year 6 run through the leavers’ arch each year. We have fond memories of playing 40-40 in the playground, Platt’s Got Talent, egg races on Science Day, and jumping over the tyres on the climbing frame.
We still learn about our old school when we study Platt's local history and we are very proud to have been a part of its heritage.
