Hi and welcome to the Platt PTA page!
We are a charity made up of enthusiastic parents/guardians and teachers from Platt COE Primary School.
The aim of Platt PTA is to raise funds by holding events such as a Christmas Fayre, Movie Nights and Discos for the children, which enables us to support the school to enhance the children’s environment and experience at the school.
The funds Platt PTA raise help to purchase items such as a new trim trail, books for the library and tablets for the classroom.
All parents/guardians of children attending Platt COE Primary School automatically become part of the PTA when joining the school, and if anyone would like to become part of the core organising or submit ideas on how to fundraise then please email us on plattpta@outlook.com. Alternatively, please speak to your Class Representative.

Ways in which you can help your PTA to raise funds.
Easy Fundraising
Did you know that whenever you buy anything online - from your weekly shop to your annual holiday - you could be raising a free donation for Platt School PTA?
All you need to do is:
1. Go to: www.easyfundraising.org.uk
2. Create an account and select Platt School PTA as the cause you wish to support.
3. Every time you shop online, go to your Easyfundraising account first, search for the retailer you want, follow the link and start shopping.
4. After you’ve checked out, that retailer will make a donation to the PTA for no extra cost whatsoever!
My Name Tags
My Name Tags donates 20% from every order placed to the School’s PTA. So next time you need to order name tags why not use My Name Tags and help us raise funds.
All you need to do is:
1. Order online at www.MyNametags.com
2. At checkout use the School ID: 27010
Please don’t use the name of the school, as the system will be unable to allocate the funds.
Smile Amazon
www.smile.amazon.co.uk and choose Platt Parent and Teacher Association.
Whenever purchasing an item from Amazon, if you do so through Smile Amazon, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price on eligible items to the PTA.

We ask every family at school to register with one of our fundraising websites and every purchase you make on-line will raise money for Platt CE Primary School. Simply register once at either:

It won’t cost you any money and you only have to register once!
If everyone was registered we could raises hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds with next to no effort.
There are over 2,700 online retailers available, including Amazon, John Lewis, eBay and Tesco and all will give a small percentage of what's been spent back to Platt School PTA to say thank you for shopping with them.
